How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on Focenza.com is free for orders over €49.00 throughout Italy. For orders under €49.00, the shipping cost is €6.90. For Cash on Delivery deliveries, an extra cost of €8.00 applies. What is the delivery time of my online order via courier?
All orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. The average processing time is 5 working days from the receipt of the order. In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable upon receipt of the order, you will be contacted directly by the company
How can I return an item on Focenza.com?
For return an item on Focenza.com, simply communicate within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel the purchase. It is not necessary to provide specific reasons. The seller undertakes to refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, for the return to be successful, there are some rules to follow: Return the item complete, as you received it. Personalized items at your request cannot be returned. The item must not have been used, washed, or damaged. Send the item back in its original packaging. Send everything in one shipment; if you return items at different times, we may not accept them. I chose the wrong size/item/color for my purchase, can I exchange it?
Absolutely yes! If you chose the wrong size, item, or color for your purchase on Focenza.com, you can request a replacement of the product with another available on the site or request a refund. If you opt for replacement, simply send the items to be replaced to the seller (return shipping costs are at your expense). Once the return is received and its integrity is verified, the seller will proceed to ship the new replacement item (shipping costs for the new item are borne by the seller). How and when will I receive the refund for my return?

How can I return an item purchased in a Focenza store?
Currently, the return option for items purchased online and offline is separate, and it is not possible to return an item purchased in a physical store via the online platform and vice versa. We are currently working on an integration to improve the shopping experience by allowing returns of items in-store.
