The website www.focenza.com provides free shipping for orders over €49.00 throughout Italy. For all orders below €49.00 the shipping cost is €6.90.
If the order is shipped, the user will receive confirmation by e-mail.
For Cash on Delivery (payment upon receipt of the package) an extra cost of €8.00 will be applied.
For all shipping costs abroad, please refer to the table below. For orders of €99 or more, shipping abroad is free of charge.

All orders are prepared, packed and shipped in the shortest possible time.
The average processing time is 5 working days from receipt of the order. In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable upon receipt of your order, you will be contacted directly by the company.

Any customs duties for receiving the product in the indicated country, other than Italy, are borne by the Customer.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller without specifying the reason and without any penalty by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the moment the goods are delivered to the Customer or to a designated third party. The Seller is obliged to return the price paid in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days of receipt of the communication. The consumer must return the goods, always within the term of 14 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal. The following conditions must be met in order to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- the Products must be returned in their entirety.
- customized products on customer request cannot be returned
- the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- the returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept Products of the same Order returned and shipped at different times.
The customer must return the Products to Focenza srl at Via Piemonte n. 20 - 31038 Paese (TV), Italy using a courier of his choice and incurring the costs of returning the Product.
In case of withdrawal by the customer any charges or customs duties indicated at the time of purchase of the goods are charged to the customer and will not be made within 14 days from the actual receipt of the returned products (to Focenza srl at Via Piemonte n. 20 - 31038 Paese (TV), Italy) using the same means of payment used by the customer when placing the order.
The customer can ask for the replacement of the product with another one from the website or ask for a refund. If he/she requests the replacement of one or more items ordered, these must be sent to the seller (the cost of returning the product is charged to the customer) who, upon receipt of the return will verify the integrity of the returned product and will send the new product for replacement (the shipping costs of the new item are charged to the seller).
